I’m Daniel Brownlie, a family lawyer based in Ballarat. I have practised law since 2016 and established Magpie Family Law in 2023. I work with people who want to resolve their family law matters in a fair and practical way.

My work focuses on property settlements, binding financial agreements and prenups, divorce and resolving financial matters by agreement. You work directly with me for advice, financial negotiations and preparation for mediation.
